Logo Design and Interior

The name is a representation of the owner's heritage as a Singaporean Hokkien. In the Hokkien dialect, beer is termed as 'ang moh liang teh' or '红毛凉茶' (hóng máo liáng chá) in Mandarin. AMLT is the pinyin acronym. On the other hand, malt is a core ingredient in beer making.
